Power Frame was created as a forged-carbon monocoque frame. The project starts with the overall architecture and assigns each element a clear function: the structure bears the loads, the power unit is integrated into the layout, and space and protection for the electronics are incorporated from the concept stage.
This approach delivers value on multiple levels: consistency between geometries and components, optimisation of dimensions and mass, and more controllable industrial integration.

Power Frame differs from electric bicycles because it goes beyond the purely aesthetic integration of the power unit into the frame and introduces structural integration. This design eliminates the traditional connecting pins between the motor and the frame, resulting in direct benefits in terms of weight, rigidity, and wiring. The rider transfers power through a single, continuous structure, without an external unit attached to the frame.
With CF-SMC technology, carbon fibre production transitions from a small-scale process to an industrial standard. High-pressure forging allows for automated and repeatable production, with consistent, controllable, and certifiable mechanical parameters.
